Troubleshooting Activation/Deactivation Failures in PGP RDD

Problem
Activation errors can occur if the Intel License Server is unreachable.
Solution
Test the connection with the Intel License Server.
1. To do so, click the test button on the RDD > Configuration > Options page.
If the server is reachable, you should see a message indicating that the ICLS server responded successfully.
