Enterprise Vault Indexes not leaving 'backup-mode' when performing backup using Backup Exec R3 Enterprise Vault Agent

Technical Solution


Enterprise Vault is left in backup mode for some/random indexes after a backup has taken place. Event ID: 7264 & 7318  are logged in the Enterprise Vault Event Log.


A Dtrace of IndexBroker shows the following.
