Issue



The device shows up in the mobile device summary report with the correct name and IP but it has ***EULA NOT ACCEPTED*** under manufacturer.


Error



On the device:

    NoConnection  EULANotLocated

In the console:



Environment



iPhone 3GS; iPhone 4; iPad2
iOS 4.1 or iOS5


Cause



Issue in network communication between the device and the Mobile Management Site Server.


Solution



1.     1.Make sure that the enrollment is pointing to the MMS and not to the Notification Server, and use the address the MMS is expecting communication to come from.
1a Check the override settings. (IP address preferred)
2.     ASP.NET v2.0 has not being turned on. In Windows 2003, you need to go to
IIS > Web Service Extensions, select ASP.NET v2.0.xxxx, and click Allow.
3.     Check used ports
- Tunnel Port 7780
- IIS HTTP Port 80
