Mac OS X 10.10 - Yosemite
Mac OS X 10.10 - Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.2 MP6 (Build 15917)
CAUTION: Compatibility with CoreStorage: CoreStorage may be applied, by default, to your Mac OS X 10.10 drives. Symantec Encryption Desktop is not compatible with CoreStorage drives. In order to install Encryption Desktop, you must disable CoreStorage. In addition, in order to prevent future issues, including issues with an encrypted disk, do not re-enable CoreStorage after Encryption Desktop has been installed and your drive has been encrypted. Failure to do so could result in data that cannot be recovered. This issue will be resolved in a future release of the product. 
NOTE: Mac OS X 10.10.1 is currently not compatible with any Symantec Encryption Desktop products. See article TECH227038 for more details.

**It is recommended to install the latest version of Symantec Drive Encryption on the latest version of Mavericks as listed above.
NOTE: Symantec Drive Encryption 10.3.1 MP1 is supported on Mavericks, however BootCamp support with Symantec Drive Encryption has been removed from this version. BootCamp will still be fully supported on Mac OS X 10.8 with 10.3.1 MP1. Starting with the release of Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.2, Symantec Encryption Desktop will not be compatible with Apple BootCamp on any Apple Mac OS X systems.
Mac OS 10.8 - Mountain Lion
Mac OS X 10.8.0 through 10.8.2 -Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.2.1 MP5*
Mac OS X 10.8.2 - Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.0 through 10.3.1 GA (Recommended for both Mac OS X 10.8.2 and 10.8.3) .
Mac OS X 10.8.3 - Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.2.1 MP5 (build 5033) through 10.3.1 GA
Mac OS X 10.8.4 - Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.0 MP2 (Build 9269) through 10.3.1 MP1. All previous versions of Symantec Drive Encryption should not be used on this version.
Mac OS X 10.8.5 - Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.1 (Build 13100) through 10.3.2 MP6 (Build 15917) - Any prior versions of Symantec Drive Encryption should not be used with this OS version.
Mac OS 10.7 - Lion
10.2.0 (not recommended for Lion)

*Mac OS X 10.6.8 and above is recommended for Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.2.1. The Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.2.1 Release Notes incorrectly state Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.2.1 is supported on Mac OS X 10.5. Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.2.0 MP5 is recommended for Mac OS X 10.5.
Mac OS 10.4 - Tiger
Mac OS - PowerPC
Please note that the "PowerPC" platform is only supported until PGP Desktop 9.12. Support was removed since 10.0 which only runs on the Intel platform.
This is documented in the release notes for 9.12 and 10.0:
9.12 supports Apple Mac OS X 10.4.x, 10.5.x (Intel or PowerPC)
10.0 supports Apple Mac OS X 10.5.x or 10.6.x (Intel)
