Command Central Storage - Clariion array discovery fails due to "Can't find Java" even though the Java is installed correctly

"Can't find Java"

Environment



Issue occurs on a 64Bit environment


Solution



Within the CC GUI, go to "Configure Explorers" , enable advanced settings and fill in the correct PATH details for JRE.

JRE is also normally included as part of the Clariion NaviCLI package, so this JRE location can be used.

The error can also be caused by an incorrect "Time" setting on the Management Server
