Install of profile fail with: Safari could not install a profile due to an unknown error

During the iOS enrollment straight after accepting the EULA a pop up box appears saying:
Cannot Install Profile: Safari could not install a profile due to an unknown error
- check APN settings (case sensitive)
- check if UDID of the device is included to provided profile?
