Mail-in Databases that are a member of a Domino Directory group and also have an alias fail to provision.

Problem
When the target of a provisioning group is Domino directory group containing a mail-in database and that mail-in database contains an alias the mail-in database will fail to be provisioned.
Error
A dtrace of the EVLotusDominoPolicySyncTask will show the following:
41169 10:39:28.602 [12040] (EvLotusDominoPolicySyncTask) <12892> EV-M {DOMINOMAILBOXPOLICYSYNCTASKPROCESSOR.EN_US} Group member [MailinDB_Name] is not a valid mail-in database or person or group
The Domino Mailbox Provisioning Report may show the following if the only members are mail-in databases that meet this condition:
*** No mailboxes found ***
