Problem
CommandCentral products (versions 5.1 and 5.2) cannot co-exist with Storage Foundation for Windows High Availability (SFWHA) versions 5.1SP2 or 6.0 on cluster nodes
Solution
- CommandCentral Storage (CCS) Management Server (MS) (versions 5.1, 5.1.1, 5.1.2, and 5.2) cannot co-exist with SFWHA 5.1 SP2 or 6.0 versions on cluster nodes. Please upgrade to CCS Management Server version 5.2 RU2 or RU3 before upgrading SFWHA to 5.1 SP2 or 6.0.
- CommandCentral Enterprise Reporter (CCER) versions 5.1 and 5.2 cannot co-exist with SFWHA 5.1 SP2 or 6.0 versions on cluster nodes.
