Problem
Win2k3 & XP: Initial use of ‘.\username’ instead of Machinename\username causes any future script tasks specified as Machinename\username) to fail with error ‘Unable to open the file’ because of Profile loading issues.
Win2k8/Win7 are not affected.

Cause
During task executiion profile named USERNAME. (username is the name specified by Script/Run As options, note the dot after the name) is created.
Solution
Delete problematic profile.
