Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) dashboard does not display statistics as seen in the Message Audit Log

After a message has passed through the Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) and visible in the Message Audit Log (MAL) the statistics of that message is not visible when checking in Status - Dashboard.


Symantec Messaging Gateway 9.x


The dashboard is not designed to update from the Message Audit Log (MAL) in real-time.


Depending on the SMG performance it takes about 20 minutes for the Dashboard to update the statistics from the MAL.
