Problem
After importing a new certificate you are logged out and returned to the SPC login page. A logon attempt may be unsuccessful.

SPC 2.1
Cause
Due to the design of most Internet browsers, the changing of the SPC 2.1 SSL certificate used for authenticated logon requires a complete restart of the browser, which allow's the cached credentials to be refreshed with the new certificate.
Solution
SPC 2.1 is working as designed.
Close all active browser windows, then open another browser session to perform your logon.
