For each profile on the machine, SWV copies the user specific information from USER_DEFAULT to the user specific area in the RW sublayer. SWV monitors the system for the arrival or creation of new profiles and does the copy for those as well. The information in USER_TEMPLATE can be modified so that subsequent copies have desired default values. This user specific information is often times essential to the proper functioning of the application. When the "ExcludeAllProfileData" setting is used, the copy to the user specific area is not done.
