LiveUpdate failed on BE3600 appliance

Installation of updates for a BE3600 appliance fail with error 1806 and 1812 when LiveUpdate is launched from the Backup Exec console.

When connecting to the console using a Remote Desktop session, and launching LiveUpdate from the Backup Exec console, Live Update will download but fail to install the hotfixes possibly reporting credentials errors.
This is by design. Requesting updates for the Backup Exec environment should be made through the OpsCenter (https://IP/appliance).
Step 1. Download the updates from MANAGE, from the "Update Information" tab
