Problem
Custom attributes from CCS (CommandCentral Storage) are not available for use in CCER (CommandCentral Enterprise Reporter) reports. The custom attributes are selectable in Data Management > Custom Attributes. However when creating a new report in Query Studio, the attributes are not displayed.
Solution
1. In the CCER console, navigate to Data Management > Custom Attributes.
2. Find the custom attributes that are listed in the "ER Attributes:" table and move them to the "Available Attributes:" table.
3. Save Changes.
4. Monitor the update attributes log file to determine when the meta-model is updated.
Log location and name:
# <CCER_Install_Directory>\VRTSccer\logs\update_attributes.log
5. After the attributes have been updated, go back to the Custom Attributes page in the CCER console and move the attributes back to the "ER Attributes" table.
