Liveupdate errors when trying to apply patches to the BE3600 Appliance

Problem
When trying to apply the patches to the BE3600 appliance through either Opscenter or LiveUpdate the patches fail to install.
Error
Possibly be any one of the below errors from the Backup Exec Installation Log:
2003 Install log path: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Aplication Data\Symantec\Backup Exec\logs\bkupinst.htm
2008 Install log path: C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Backup Exec\logs\bkupinst.htm
Error 1328.Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT43AE.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contact your patch vendor.
Error 1328.Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT2471.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contact your patch vendor
Error 1328 Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT78D3.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contact your patch vendor.
Solution
