Problem
A backup job of Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR) would hang after a recovery point set is copied to DVD or CD.
Solution
This issue has been addressed in Symantec System Recovery 2011.
Workaround:
Restart Backup Exec System Recovery service after the copy to DVD/CD is completed.
