Power Scheme Settings policy sets Power Button function to 'Shut Down'

Problem
Power Scheme Settings policies will cause the Power Button function option (under the Advanced tab) to change to "Shut Down".
Environment
Dell Client Manager 2.2
Cause
This appears to be a product defect. The issue has been duplicated by technical support and by development.
Solution
There is no workaround at this time.
