Error



Unable to open a record-set from the result-set database due to error (Could not load file or assembly 'ADODB, Version=7.0.3300.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.). The query-string used was ()
 


Solution



This may happen if the Export settings contain stale data. Follow these steps to refresh the credentials used in Exporting query results.

  1. Launch the RMS Console.
  2. Highlight RMS Configuration in the left pane.
  3. Double-click the User Manager applet in the right pane.
  4. Click the Modify button which modifies the user in bold.
  5. Click the Export Settings tab.
  6. Re-type User ID and Password in the Unattended Export Credential section.
  7. Browse Disk File -Windows in the Export Credential Settings by Type (if exporting to a different location e.g. exchange mailbox, choose accordingly)
  8. Verify that "Override the default Unattended Export Credential" is checked.
  9. Re-type the User ID and Password. NOTE: There is no password challenge, be sure to enter the correct password!
  10. Click OK twice to close User Manager.
  11. Restart the RMS Console.
