Error
Unable to open a record-set from the result-set database due to error (Could not load file or assembly 'ADODB, Version=7.0.3300.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.). The query-string used was ()
Solution
This may happen if the Export settings contain stale data. Follow these steps to refresh the credentials used in Exporting query results.
- Launch the RMS Console.
- Highlight RMS Configuration in the left pane.
- Double-click the User Manager applet in the right pane.
- Click the Modify button which modifies the user in bold.
- Click the Export Settings tab.
- Re-type User ID and Password in the Unattended Export Credential section.
- Browse Disk File -Windows in the Export Credential Settings by Type (if exporting to a different location e.g. exchange mailbox, choose accordingly)
- Verify that "Override the default Unattended Export Credential" is checked.
- Re-type the User ID and Password. NOTE: There is no password challenge, be sure to enter the correct password!
- Click OK twice to close User Manager.
- Restart the RMS Console.
