Excludes not working properly.

Problem
The exclude list is defined but does not appear to be working.
Error
No error is seen during the backup. The excluded data is just being backed up with posting any errors.
Environment
Windows 2008 server with a exclude list defined.
Cause
The exclude list was not being honored becasue there was a "upper case" entry in the exclude list.
Solution
Uncheck the use case sensitive exclude list on the client properties.
