Solution
1. Open a Command Prompt by clicking on the Start button, and selecting Run, and typing "cmd" and pressing Enter.
2. Change to the C:\Windows\System 32 directory.
3. Enter the following command: regsvr32 scrrun.dll and press Enter
The confirmation message "RegSvr32 - DllRegisterServer in scrrun.dll succeeded." should be received.
4. Retry the installation
