Replacement USB flash drive for BE3600 Appliance

Problem
If the USB flash drive has been lost and the appliance needs to be reset.
Solution
First try and Power Shell command to reset the appliance back to factory settings by using command "Reset-FactorySettings"
If this power shell command is not successful and USB flash drive is missing. A replacement USB flash drive and media kit can be purchased.
