Problem

Exchange 2003 GRT incremental backup job to Deduplication folder intermittently fails with “Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials. Review the
resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again.” Error

Error

0xe00002fe - Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials. Review the resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again

V-79-57344-766 - Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials. Review the resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again.

Beremote debug log and Remsrv log from media server shows the following errors:

[9264] [fsys\jet]           - JetExternalRestore(2) - ERROR::RC = -1014 - -1014 The database is out of page buffers.

This issue is currently under investigation by Symantec Corporation.
