Logical Drives in an Extended Partition are missing from AVVI GRT Backup when using multiple disks

Problem
Logical Drives in an Extended Partition are missing from AVVI GRT Backup when using multiple disks.
The backup job completes successfully and Non-GRT restore can recover the VM.
This issue is reported with the following disk layout. H: and I: drives are missing form the restore selection.
