If a Journal Task is configured to archive to a Vault Store with the "Remove Safety Copies" setting set to "After Backup" and the Journal Policy setting "Pending Shortcut Timeout" set to any value other than "Off" then IPM.Schedule.Meeting.* items (Meeting Requests, Responses and Cancellations) may be archived multiple times until the resulting savesets are marked as secured and the items are removed from the Journal mailbox by Enterprise Vault.
Enterprise Vault 10.0.2
1) In the properties of the Journal Policy assigned to the affected Journal Mailbox, click the Advanced tab and change the Pending Shortcut Timeout value to Off.
2) Restart the Journal Task for the change to take effect.
