Problem
Error 1335: the cabinet file 'Cabs.w1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. this could indicate an network error, an error reading from CD-ROM or problem with this package.
Cause
External cabs, MSI and cab files not in same location
Solution
Move the cab files to the same location as the MSI when then MSI is launched
