Solution

What issue(s) does this hotfix resolve?

When StorageDelete runs, a large amount of redundant data is retrieved from the database. This increases the memory requirement of the StorageDelete process. If a Vault Store contains a large number of archives, this could cause an 'Out of memory' error when StorageDelete runs.
