Problem
Error on compile Invalid Argument
Environment
Visual Studio 2005
Cause
Error during the compile, progress dialog stops on Writing to table WiseVSOutputGroup
could be because the MSI was not writable or that the table was corrupted
Solution
Renamed existing MSI, and recompiled
