Problem

Recovery Solution 6.0 snapshot hangs during scanning folders section of the snapshot.

Environment

Recovery Solution 6.0.395

Cause

The scanning folder fails due to either large number of files within a folder or a very large file approx. 70 GB in size causing the snapshot connection to timeout.

Solution

To resolve the issue, replace the VolAgent.dll, attached to the right of this article, on the Recovery Solution Agent.
