Problem
This Quick Fix addresses the following issue:
When automatic Remote Compliance Connector (RCC) agent update is enabled, and a Windows-based RCC agent update is deployed from the Web user interface, the deployment may fail. This is true for Windows XP and Windows 7 hosts.
When an agent is updated, the RCCAgent service stops running without any warning. As a result, the new version of the agent is not pushed to the remote clients.
