Symantec Protection Center 2 (SPC): Unable to save changes to Workflow settings in the web console.

Issue



Unable to save changes to the Workflow settings through the Protection Center web console.
 


Error



No error appears in the Protection Center console. Any changes made to the workflow settings will revert to default after leaving the page.

Symantec Protection Center 2.1.1.3012


Solution



No solution is provided at this time. A workaround is to contact support for assistance in manually changing and saving these values.
