Exception: V-79-57344-38732 when using Agent for Microsoft Virtual Server with application GRT on Hyper-v parent partition running non-English Operation System.

Problem
Backing up virtual machine with Agent for Microsoft Virtual Server using Application GRT (Granular Restore Technology) with Non-English Operation System (eg. Chinese, Korean and etc) running on the Hyper-v parent partition, the backup job will complete with exception, and no application Granular Restore data can be restore.
Error
Virtual machine 'Virtual Machine Name' does not meet the requirements necessary for Backup Exec to restore individual application items. You cannot perform GRT-enabled restores of application data from this backup
Environment
Hyper-V parent partition running on Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server R2 in no-English version like Chinese, Korean and etc.
Cause
The error happen due to the return value of some commands issued to Hyper-V return in the local language and Backup Exec failed to recognise the return value and thus Application GRT fail.
Solution
Workaround:
To workaround the error, Microsoft English Language pack must be install onto the Hyper-V parent partition and Backup Exec media server.
Note that the language pack is service pack specific. User must download the correct version of language pack for the Operating System.
Solution:
