Problem
Backing up any data (Files, Folders, System State) on Windows 2008 /R2 cluster node that is part of a Oracle 11G cluster causes the Backup Exec remote agent service to terminate.

An unexpected error occurred when cleaning up snapshot volumes. Confirm that all snapped volumes are correctly resynchronized with the original volumes.

Solution
This Issue is resolved in Backup Exec 2010 R3 Hotfix 191248. Refer the related article section for the link to download the hotfix.
NOTE: A supported hotfix has been made available for this issue in Backup Exec 2012. Please contact Symantec Technical Support to obtain this fix. This hotfix has not yet gone through any extensive Q&A testing. Consequently, if you are not adversely affected by this problem and have a satisfactory temporary workaround in place, we recommend that you wait for the public release of this hotfix.
