Problem
The Logout menu will lock the session. This occurs only with Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® 4 (RHEL).
Error
There is no visual error. During the active session, if a user opens the Logout menu, the menu does not appear and the session becomes locked.
Solution
To reconnect, you must connect to the console of the host and exit from that menu or reboot the host.
For Linux and Mac, a user must be logged on and the console must not be locked for remote sessions to work.
