Problem
Multiple devices at once: Resources may disappear from device after sync, for no perceptible reason.

Barcode 7.1 SP2 only (Build 7.1.1180)
Cause
This issue occurs when multiple devices are performing a delta sync process (i.e. re-synchronizing against the same profile) at the same time. The set of resources downloaded to the device will be misinterpreted by the system and result in fewer resources being accessible on the device than expected. (Note that there are other valid reasons a resource may seem to disappear after sync ie new resources in verification queue, but this is a different issue).
