Invalid Key Component


Cause



This error generally indicates that one of your components has either a key component that has a blank value, or one that is referencing a file, that no longer exists.

 


Solution



To determine which component it is, go to the Setup Editor, Components Tab.  One or more of the components will be red.  Right click on the first red component, and select Details.  Verify that there is a valid entry in both the Key Path Type field and the one below it Key Path.  Select from the drop list if it says None.  Click Ok.  The red should be gone.  Repeat this process if there are any other red components.
