No target computers are available when creating a credential database for Symantec bv-Control for UNIX

Problem
A user attempts to create a credential database for bv-Control for UNIX queries and no target computers are available.
Cause
No UNIX targets are configured for the current Information Server.
Solution
Please use the following steps to resolve this issue:
- Configure the UNIX target computers for current Information Server by installing the agent and running the configuration script (setup.sh) on the UNIX target computers.
- Create a credential database and associate it with the current user through the Configuration Wizard or the Credential Manager and User Manager.
