OpsCenter SLP reports do not show current information

Problem
Image data collection by OpsCenter never updates after initial collection from a NetBackup 5220 Appliance. Consequently, there is no new data included in SLP reports subsequent to the initial data collection. Toggling data collection in OpsCenter will make the image data current, but it will again fail to remain current.

Solution
This problem does not exist when the NetBackup version is higher than 7.5. Contact support for an EEB if you have this problem and cannot update the 5220 Appliance to NetBackup version 7.5 or later.
