Problem
Remote Servers on the Backup Exec 2012 Backup/Restore tab may randomly disappear from the Backup Exec console. The servers may appear and then after a refresh or close and reopen of the console the server will not be listed in the Backup/Restore tab.

Environment
Backup Exec 2012
Cause
This occurs when a server is deleted from the Servers list and then added back to the Backup\Restore tab. Additionally this issue can be caused when Adding a server and the wizard or install is cancelled or closed before completed.
