Resetpass.bat is not in Tools folder

Problem
Resetpass.bat is not in the Tools folder.
Error
Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 1 Maintenance Patch 1 (RU1 MP1) or later does not use resetpass.bat, which has been removed from the Tools directory.
The new method is a safer mechanism to reset passwords.
To reset the password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager log on screen. For 12.1 RU1 MP1 or later, please see the article Resetting a forgotten password.
