Restore of Exchange 2010 GRT mailbox item fails with, Final error: 0xe000848c - Unable to attach to a resource, if Exchange is stand-alone and Backup Exec is installed on the same server.

Final error: 0xe000848c - Unable to attach to a resource. Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again. If the server or resource no longer exists, remove it from the selection list. Edit the selection list properties, click the View Selection Details tab, and then remove the resource.

Environment
Exchange 2010 stand-alone server.
Backup Exec 2012 installed on the stand-alone Exchange server.
Cause
This is caused due to ManagedRemSrv.dll not being registered properly.
