Is there a way to configure the SEPM for SBE clients to only download updates through LiveUpdate?

How to configure Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) Small Business Edition (SBE) clients to only download updates through LiveUpdate (LU) and not from the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM)?
Symantec Endpoint Protection for SBE 12.1.x
There is no way to configure this.
SEP clients connected to a SBE SEPM will only attempt to download updates through LiveUpdate if both of the following conditions apply:
- The client has not been able to communicate with the SEPM for over 8 hours
- Client A/V definitions are older than 2 days
As long as both of the above conditions are not true, clients will not attempt an update through LiveUpdate, even if the LU schedule is set in the SEPM.
