Problem
Error: "You have privileges to login to the mailbox. However that mailbox cannot access the exchange information store on the server" while running the bv-Control for Exchange version 10.5.1 configuration wizard.
Solution
Verify the following point to resolve the issue.
- The used account used in the configuration wizard should have Organization Management role in Exchange 2010
- Check if it is a CAS Array environment. If yes, mention the CAS Array name in Default Server name.
- Verify the version of MS Outlook that is installed on the RMS server. It should be MS Outlook 2007 or later.
