Error: "Entitlements table not found in the returned result" while running an Entitlement import job for Windows Directory in Control Compliance Suite (CCS) 10.x Reporting and Analytics.


Error



Entitlements import failed for control point: <Control Point Path>: Reason: Entitlements table not found in the returned result.


Solution



While running an Entitlement Import job for Windows Directory, change the following setting:

  1. In the CCS Console, go to Manage > Entitlements > Import Settings
  2. In the Windows File/ Directory tab select 'Security Descriptor Only' in the Analysis types section. (by default Local and network analysis is selected)
  3. Re-run the Entitlement Import Job
