Control Compliance Suite Standard Check "Are there no '.' or group/world-writable directories in root's $PATH?" returns an unknown value. This check exists in various CCS standards including the “CobiT 4.1 - CIS Benchmark v1.1.2 for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.0 and 5.1” and "CIS Benchmark v1.1.2 for Redhat Enterprise linux 5.0 and 5.1" standards. The issue at hand is that the check will always return a yellow/unknown verdict.
CCS Data Collection job is returning the message:
"Check is unable to evaluate the following directories:
Control Compliance Suite 10.5.1 up to and including PCU 2012-2
This issue will be fixed in the next update, the next PCU is currently versioned: PCU 2012-3 and is targeted 31 st August 2012. (this date is subject to change)
