Problem
Unable to access PGP NetShare folder from Windows XP SP3. When trying to click the Unlock button in a PGP NetShare folder, explorer.exe crashes.
Error
Access is denied.
Environment
PGP Desktop 10.2 MP4 and Windows XP SP3
Cause
This is due to compatibility with pgpsdkui.dll file.
Solution
This issue is fixed in versions of PGP Desktop 10.2.0 MP5 and above. To resolve this issue upgrade your version of PGP Desktop to 10.2 MP5 or newer.
