Backup Exec 2012 job status 'Rule Blocked'

Problem
Incremental or Differential backup jobs shows status as 'Rule Blocked'
Error
No specific error message but Incremental or Differential backup jobs shows status as 'Rule Blocked'.
Cause
As we know if we take Incremental or Differential backups of a resource without the latest Full backup, Those incremental or Differential backup sets will not be helpfull in a restore situation.
Backup Exec 2012 doesnot perform a Incremental or a Differential backup unless a Full backup of the resource is performed earlier. Hence it shows its status as 'Rule Blocked'
Solution
To resolve the issue, We need to perform a Full backup of the resource before we setup the Incremental or Differential backups.
Once the First Full backup is successfully performed for the resource, the status of the Incremental or Differential backups will change to 'Scheduled'
