  • Resolved an issue so that Remote Desktop Connection users are now identified and loaded correctly when they access an SEE Full Disk client while another local user is in the process of logging on through the single sign-on functionality. [3436616]
  • Resolved a compatibility issue so that pre-boot authentication is now possible using the internal PIV card reader on Getac S400G2 systems that have SEE Full Disk installed. [3441672]
  • Resolved a compatibility issue so that the integrated keyboard and touchpad in Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 15 systems now work correctly after successful pre-boot authentication. [3524296]
  • Resolved an issue so that administrators can now successfully create SEE Framework client installation packages with pre-boot authentication disabled. [3526934]
  • Resolved an issue so that users no longer see an Unsupported Storage Controller message in the pre-boot environment when the Storage Mode is set to AHCI on the following systems:

  • Resolved an issue where information on the registry key changes were omitted from the SEE Full Disk 8.2.1 MP6 release notes. SEE Full Disk v8.2.1 MP6 resolved an issue with systems using Advanced Format drives so that while encrypting the partition when the "Include unused disk space when encrypting" policy is set to "No", the encryption time is optimized.

  • Resolved an issue so that the pre-boot authentication screen does not erroneously display an invalid certificate error message when users insert valid PIV tokens on systems that have SEE Full Disk installed. [3286632]
  • Resolved an issue so that Policy Administrators can now enable or disable Opal version 1 drive support in the SEE Framework client installation package to prevent SEE Full Disk client installation failures on Opal version 2 drives. [3436015]

  • Resolved an incompatibility issue with PIV type 5 and type 7 smart cards so that they work properly with SEE Full Disk. [3124875]
  • Resolved an issue that prevented HP Z420 and HP Z620 users from booting successfully into Microsoft Windows after pre-boot authentication with SEE Full Disk installed. To use SEE-FD on HP Z420 and HP Z620 systems, ensure that you have installed the latest system drivers and BIOS from HP. [3091278]

  • Resolved an issue so that when a registered Windows user uses a PIV card to log onto a Microsoft Windows 7 system with the “Smart Card Pass-Through” feature enabled through the Citrix environment, the SEE client does not synchronize the PIV card's PIN to be the updated Windows password.   • The SEE Full Disk now supports recovery of encrypted drives using Windows Preinstallation Environment (WinPE) 64-bit Access and Recover utilities.[3210971]
  • Resolved an issue with SEE Management Server so that the reports generated now does not contain any duplicate or incorrect entries for computers.[3224620]

  • Resolved multiple issues with OPAL drives. To optimize data protection on OPAL drives and enable OPAL support, decrypt the disk, uninstall SEE Full Disk, and reinstall SEE Full Disk 8.2.1 MP10, and then encrypt your disk. [3281547]
