This Cumulative Hotfix should only be applied to Enterprise Vault 9.0 SP3.
Environment
Environments utilizing Lotus Domino Archiving and/or File System Archiving.
Solution
What issue(s) does this cumulative hotfix resolve?
Etrack 2629165:
Partitions utilizing Centera collections store saveset files in a temporary folder before collection occurs. When the Vault Store was set to remove safety copies immediately after archive, Domino Mailbox Archiving, Domino Journal Archiving and File System Archiving removed source items from the archiving target immediately after they were archived, before collection had occurred. If a saveset were to be mistakenly deleted from the temporary folder during the interval between archiving and collection, the item would not reach the Centera device and there would not be a safety copy available.
Etrack 2596633:
The Domino Mailbox archiving task would hang if it encountered a message body with an unexpected field type whilst attempting to obtain the display name of an attachment. This caused Event ID 41050 - Unable to initialize Names and Address Book (NAB) session for Domino server: 'Failed to create Notes Session (mutex)' during the next run of the Domino Mailbox archiving task.
Etrack 2552885:
Attempting to archive certain messages with corrupt date fields would fail and log Event ID 41206 in the event log: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
Etrack 2559921:
The provisioning task does not provision the ‘Mail-In’ database when it is present as part of a group whereas, addition of ‘Mail-In’ database as a individual target works fine.
Etrack 2560288:
The provisioning task does not provision the 'Mail-In' database when it has a multi-line fullname. *** No mailboxes found *** in Provisioning Report.
Etrack 2632814:
The provisioning task does not provision the ‘Mail-In’ database when it is present as part of a group and also has an alias.
Etrack 2680105:
NSDs are being produced intermittently on Domino mailbox archiving servers, they include; Error Message = PANIC: OSBBlockAddr: Bad BBlock handle (0) occurs in the NSD.SPR #JALS8T8RDB has been created with IBM. Awaiting analysis from IBM engineering of NSD files and memory dumps.
Etrack 2748171:
The Domino Provisioning Task takes around 30 seconds per target. This means the provisioning task takes days to complete
