Problem
After upgrading CommandCentral Storage to 5.2RU3, unable to open web page for Storage Change Manager
Error
HTTP Status 404 - /cc/login.jsp

Apache Tomcat/6.0.33
OR
V-0-49280-0 vrts.ccsharedui.errors.CannotInitializeDALError: rid.error.CannotInitializeDALError
Cause
Missing database files dbjodbc9.dll dblgen9.dll dbodbc9.dll jodbc.jar after the CCS 5.2RU3 upgrade
Solution
1) net stop CCSGUI
2) cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\VERITAS\CommandCentral Storage\Web Engine\esmweb\webgui\sm\plugins\scm\db"
3) copy *.dll "C:\Program Files (x86)\VERITAS\CommandCentral Storage\Web Engine\esmweb\tomcat\bin"
4) copy jodbc.jar "C:\Program Files (x86)\VERITAS\CommandCentral Storage\Web Engine\esmweb\tomcat\lib"
5) net start CCSGUI
Verify that the Storage Change Manager link opens correctly from the GUI
