NetBackup 5000 appliance will not boot

Problem
Upon boot, NetBackup 5000 appliance indicates that no bootable device is found and attempts to boot via DHCP. All drive status lights are showing GREEN.
Error
Boot error:
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent. Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key
Cause
RAID controller found in slot 1 instead of slot 0.
Solution
Moving controller to slot 0 allowed server to boot properly.
